• Region: Communities of Bellavista

• Elevation : 1550-1650 m.a.s.l.

• Process: Fully washed after pulping, fermenting, then dried.

• Cultivar: Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Marigogipe, Mundo Novo.

• Harvest: January 2022-April 2022

Variety II .- 

Coffee Beans 250gr, Ocuituco, Morelos, Mexico.

• Freshly roasted by Elevato Coffee. ( June 27th, 2022 )

• Grower: Finca Edgar Vargas

• Region: Ocuituco, Morelos, Mexico.

• Elevation : 1,920 m.a.s.l.

• Process: Natural ( shade-drying on African beds ) 

• Cultivar: Red Caturra, Bourbon-Plants with more than 40 Years of Production. 

• Harvest: April-May 2022

• Tasting Notes: Blackberry - Blueberry - Honeydew - Vanilla- Malicious Acidity.
